Our Whistleblowing Policy 

Whistleblowing is when an employee or volunteer or member of the congregation knows, or suspects, that there is some wrongdoing occurring within the organisation and alerts Immanuel’s Elders, Trustees, Council of Reference or the relevant external authority accordingly.

Immanuel is committed to openness, honesty and accountability. The purpose of the Whistleblowing Policy is to allow concerns to be appropriately and safely raised.
